The Monthly Drawing Plan is intended for architecture practices and design businesses with recurring, standard drawing-production requirements.
It provides an agreed monthly drawing-credit allowance without requiring another permanent production hire.

Applies to any Planning Application drawing package accepted within the Monthly Drawing Plan scope.

Prior Approval drawing package
Applies to a standard residential Prior Approval drawing package accepted within the Monthly Drawing Plan scope.

Building Regulations drawing package
Applies to any Building Regulations drawing package accepted within the Monthly Drawing Plan scope.
2 credits
The applicable credit use is confirmed before production begins. Larger, complex, non-residential, upward-extension, change-of-use or otherwise non-standard Prior Approval requirements are reviewed separately and may require project-based pricing.
Credits apply to drawing production only unless another service is expressly confirmed in writing.
One standard Planning Application or Prior Approval drawing package normally uses one credit.
Turnaround
Timing begins after the complete production brief is confirmed.

Are project-based services available without a monthly commitment?
Yes. Planning Application Drawings, Prior Approval Drawings, Building Regulations Drawings, construction estimating and 3D visualisation can be commissioned as project-based services. The scope, fee and turnaround are confirmed before work begins.
How are drawing credits allocated?
A Planning Application drawing package normally uses one credit. A standard Prior Approval drawing package accepted within the Monthly Drawing Plan scope normally uses one credit. A Building Regulations drawing package normally uses two credits. The final allocation is confirmed after scope review.
Do estimating and 3D visualisation use drawing credits?
Not automatically. Construction estimating and 3D visualisation are normally reviewed and quoted individually unless another arrangement is expressly confirmed.
Can unused credits be carried forward?
Yes. Unused credits remain valid for three months.
When does the turnaround period begin?
Turnaround begins after the scope, applicable credit use and complete production brief have been confirmed and all required project information has been received.
Are revisions included?
The included revision allowance is confirmed as part of the project scope or Monthly Drawing Plan terms. Additional or out-of-scope revisions may require a separate quotation or additional credit allocation.
Are specialist consultant costs included?
Specialist consultant costs are not included unless expressly confirmed within the agreed scope.
