These Website Terms govern use of the BidWell Design & Estimates website, including its project-enquiry system, its file-upload functionality, and any information made available through the public website.

They do not govern an individual instructed project. Project-specific matters are governed by the relevant written proposal, quotation, statement of work, subscription or credit-plan terms, service agreement, or other expressly accepted commercial document.

This website is operated by KLIX Ltd, trading as BidWell Design & Estimates, Company No. 16830278.

Visiting this website does not itself create a project contract, payment obligation or subscription.

Website information and project agreements

Content on this website is general information about our services. Submitting a project enquiry does not oblige you to instruct KLIX Ltd, and does not oblige KLIX Ltd to accept a project. No project begins merely because information or files have been submitted through this website.

Project scope, deliverables, fees, turnaround, revisions, credits and payment terms are confirmed separately in writing. A project starts only once the applicable written commercial arrangements — for example an approved quotation or proposal — have been accepted and the information required for production has been supplied.

Where a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these Website Terms on a project-specific matter, that agreement takes priority. These Website Terms continue to govern general use of the website itself.

Who may use the website

Anyone may browse this website. If you submit a business enquiry on behalf of a practice, company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to provide the submitted information and to act on that organisation's behalf.

We also consider suitable direct residential enquiries following scope review, so this website is not restricted to business users.

We are not obliged to accept every enquiry we receive.

You retain ownership of the files and information you submit through this website. By submitting them, you confirm that you own the material or have authority to share it, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

Please do not upload material that is malicious or corrupted, or that contains unnecessary sensitive personal information — see our Privacy Policy for further guidance.

You grant KLIX Ltd a limited permission to receive, store, copy, review, internally circulate and technically process submitted material, only as reasonably necessary to assess your enquiry, communicate with you, secure the upload system and, where a project is separately instructed, deliver the agreed service. We do not claim ownership of your files, and this permission is not a broad, ongoing or marketing licence.

Personal information and uploaded-file handling — including storage, access and retention — are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Website pricing and service information

Pricing, credits, indicative turnaround and service descriptions shown on this website, including on our Pricing page, are general commercial information. They do not themselves create a binding quotation.

The applicable written proposal or service agreement confirms the final scope, fee, credit treatment, project classification, turnaround, revision allowance, exclusions and payment terms for your project. Pricing may depend on the confirmed scope and complexity of a project, as explained on the relevant service and pricing pages.

Intellectual property

The copy, design, layout, branding, graphics, illustrations, generated service visuals, code and downloadable materials on this website belong to KLIX Ltd or are used under licence, unless otherwise stated. You may view this website and use its content for reasonable internal evaluation of our services.

You must not copy, republish, resell, adapt or otherwise commercially reuse website material without our permission. Nothing in this section implies that KLIX Ltd owns third-party or client material merely because it appears on this website.

Ownership of, and usage rights in, project outputs are governed by the separate project agreement, not these Website Terms.

Imagery on this website, including drawing, estimating and 3D visualisation imagery, may be illustrative unless expressly identified as completed client work. Illustrative imagery demonstrates the type of service, our presentation approach, working style and potential output format.

It must not be treated as a completed client project, proof of approval, proof of a particular result, or a guarantee that every output will look identical. Where completed work is expressly identified as such, it is not illustrative.

No professional advice or reliance

General content on this website is not project-specific architectural, planning, Building Regulations, structural-engineering, legal, tax or regulatory advice, and is not a cost guarantee. You should not make a construction, contractual or regulatory decision solely on the basis of general website content.

This does not apply to project-specific professional services we separately provide once instructed, which are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Planning, regulatory and commercial outcomes

Using this website, submitting an enquiry, viewing example work, or receiving preliminary information does not guarantee planning permission, lawful-development confirmation, Building Control acceptance, other regulatory approval, tender success, contractor pricing, construction cost, programme outcome, or any other commercial result.

Project-specific deliverables, assumptions and responsibilities are confirmed in the separate written agreement for that project. BidWell Design & Estimates does not provide structural-engineering services unless expressly appointed and legally authorised to do so.

This website may link to external websites, including the separately operated BidWell Estimates USA website, file-transfer providers you choose to use, social-media platforms, and other third-party websites. Those websites are operated independently, have their own terms, privacy notices and practices, and are not governed by these Website Terms. We do not control their availability or content.

We take reasonable care to maintain this website, but we do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability. The website may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical faults, hosting outages, security events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A new version of these Website Terms does not retrospectively change a project agreement you have already accepted.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Website Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will ordinarily have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory legal right a consumer may have to bring proceedings in another court available to them under applicable law.
