A standard residential Prior Approval drawing package accepted within the Monthly Drawing Plan normally uses one drawing credit.

The applicable credit use is confirmed before production begins. Larger, complex, non-residential, upward-extension, change-of-use or otherwise non-standard Prior Approval requirements are reviewed separately and may require project-based pricing.

Planning advice, application submission, supporting statements or reports, surveys, structural calculations, neighbour consultation and council liaison are separate unless expressly included within the agreed scope.

Drawing-production quality control does not constitute planning approval, Prior Approval, Building Control approval, structural-engineering approval or another professional or regulatory approval.
