Construction estimating is scope-priced and does not use Monthly Drawing Plan credits.

Where information is incomplete, we will identify what else is required before the fee and turnaround are confirmed.

Revised drawings, specifications, tender addenda or scope changes may require a separately quoted update.
An estimate is not a guarantee of the final tender value, contract value, supplier price or construction cost.
